Cloud based accounting uses software that is hosted online, on secured servers, not locally on a computer's hard drive. This allows businesses to operate more efficiently since software does not have to be purchased for each computer. It also allows you to have 24/7 access to real-time financial information about your company from any device...phone, laptop, tablet, etc.
For accountants, it also gives us easy access to your financial information, which allows us to ensure that your financial information is accurate and update without long on-site visits or sending files back and forth.
Is this safe?? Absolutely!! QuickBooks Online, as well as the other cloud software solutions we offer, use encryption to send and store your valuable financial data. It's the same security used by banks to secure our banking information online.
Our accounting practice is entirely cloud-based, which allows us to provide great service to our clients remotely. As a client, you are set up on our suite of cloud-based solutions which all integrate with each other, allowing you to access what you need, when you need it, without having to log into multiple locations. We communicate with you via email, phone, text, and Zoom video conferencing. On-site meetings and assistance is also available for clients in the metro-Atlanta area.
HOW WE WORK
1. CONSULTATION - Our relationship starts with a great conversation. We’ll schedule an initial consultation to get to know each other. We want to know about your business, what’s working for you, what’s not working for you, and what’s keeping you up at night. We’ll also introduce you to Cleared Accounting and provide insight about what we do and how we could best partner together.
2. CUSTOM PROPOSAL AND ENGAGEMENT LETTER- Shortly after the initial consultation, you will receive a customized proposal detailing the services discussed. Our fixed monthly packages and add-on pricing allow you to easily budget for your monthly accounting costs.

3. ON-BOARDING AND SETUP – Now the fun begins! We’ll work closely with you during this time, gathering documents, reviewing processes, and getting to know your business. Our team will review your current accounting system, provide recommendations as necessary, and integrate it with our cloud-based tools to streamline your financial processes.
4. LET THE CLEARING BEGIN - As your financial partner, we will start working closely with you, providing timely guidance, support, and advice. Depending on the service level, you will receive accurate and informative reporting packages to enable you to understand how your business is performing and make informed business decisions.
