Now the fun begins...well, not really. We have to take care of a little business first. : )

Our onboarding process starts with us gathering information about you and your business. From there, we will set you up in our suite of cloud-based technology and provide you with the tools you will need to work closely with us.

To make this process a little easier, we created a "checklist" to keep you on track. Based on the services we are providing, some sections may not be applicable to your business.

        New Client Information Form

Thank you for completing the form. If you need to update any information provided on the form (i.e. change in address, add/update a contact, etc.), please notify us by sending an e-mail to We want to ensure our records are up to date.

Please take a moment to read and download our privacy policy to understand how we use your data and also keep it safe.


        ShareFile: "Cleared Connect"
        Online Document Sharing and Storage

For the protection of your financial and business information, we utilize a secure online portal known as ShareFile to send and receive documents.  We will not accept any financial information via e-mail.  ShareFile (internally known as "Cleared Connect" is also used to securely store your financial records as a virtual "file cabinet."

Once we create an account for your business, you will receive a Welcome E-mail with instructions on how to complete the creation of your account. Below are instructions on how to utilize Cleared Connect while working with us.



        Corporate Documents

The checklist below details the general company documents we need for our files.  Please upload these documents to the Cleared Connect portal.


        Payroll Clients

If we are providing payroll services to your business, please review the checklist for a list of items we need. Please upload these items to the Cleared Connect portal.


Payroll information is not accepted via e-mail.

        QuickBooks Online



Please grant us access as your accountant. From within your QuickBooks Online account:

  • Select the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner, and select Manage Users

  • Go to "Accounting Firms" tab, enter ", "and click "Invite"

Once we gain access to your account, we will assess the condition of your account and may request additional information.


We are establishing your QuickBooks Online account with the information you provided above. While we are setting up the account, please review the checklist below for a list of items we need to start tracking your financial transactions in QuickBooks. Please upload these items to the Cleared Connect portal.

In a few days, you will receive 2 e-mails. One will be from QuickBooks Online inviting you to your QuickBooks Online account. The other will be from us with a couple of additional "steps" we need you to complete from within your new QuickBooks Online account.

Once we have reviewed all of the information provided and established your QuickBooks Online account, you will receive an email from us to schedule your Onboarding Meeting with LaShanta Taylor.
